Fur & About (operated by Carpo Group) works with a network of manufacturing and fulfillment partners, so shipping details vary a bit by product. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Because many items ship directly from our suppliers rather than a local warehouse, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days depending on your location and the product. We know that's longer than picking something up off a local shelf, in exchange, it's how we're able to offer a much wider range of genuinely good pet products at fair prices. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout for each item.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs and import fees

For international shipments, your order may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
