What we collect

Contact and order details: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number.
Payment information: handled directly and securely by Shopify's payment processors, we never see or store full card details.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our site, collected automatically.
Communications: anything you send us, e.g. via our contact form.

Why we collect it

We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our site. If you've opted in, we may also send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share it with

Shopify, who hosts our store and processes payments on our behalf.
Our fulfillment and shipping partners, who receive the name, address, and order details needed to ship your order to you. Some of these partners are located outside the EU/UK, since products may ship directly from international suppliers.
Law enforcement or authorities, only when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Because some products ship directly from suppliers abroad, your name and shipping address may be transferred outside your country solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfill legal, accounting, and business purposes.
